Weddings:
What do you get?
Please note that we are based in Evesham, Worcestershire. We are willing to travel to venues within
an hour of Evesham, which includes most of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, as well as Birmingham,
Wolverhampton and Coventry.
Our packages always include a full set of proofs at 6"x4" size for you to keep,
hi-resolution image gallery on CD/DVD and an image gallery on our website for 3 months.
Photographs can be in colour, black and white, or a mixture of both.
You can choose from a range of quality albums or photobooks for your photographs at the time of
booking, or you can decide on an album after the event. Prefer to print your own pictures, and buy your own album?
That's fine too!
We can spend anything from just an hour taking pictures after your service, right through to spending
the whole day with you. We can supply as many or as few prints as you like. We can take engagement
portraits, either as studio style pictures, a fun photo shoot on location, or we can attend your
wedding practice and take some shots then. We will deliver your proofs within 2 weeks of your wedding
and we can go through them with you and help to choose the album or photobook design that you are

How do you book?
All arrangements are made on a personal basis; prices start at £369. Every event is different and so
why pay for something you don't want, and why miss out on something you would like? We can give you a
basic idea of the cost by phone or email, and then we will arrange to meet you and make sure you are
getting everything you want, for a price you are happy with. Provisional bookings can even be made
before you pay a deposit.
How much does it all cost? This is an example of a typical package:
- Coverage of the preparations of the bride and/or groom for an hour before the service
- OR Coverage of the guests arriving at the church or wedding service venue
- Arrival of the groom and best man AND/OR arrival of the bride
- Pictures during the service (where permitted)
- Pictures of the bride and groom with family and friend groups after the service
- Pictures of the bride and groom
- Coverage at the wedding reception of speeches and the cake cutting
- Attendance by a photographer for up to 4 hours, resulting in 200-300 quality images to choose from
- All proof pictures, sized at 6"x4", in a leather album for you to keep.
- High resolution images on a CD/DVD from which you can print.
- Image gallery on our website for three months after your event.
- A 24 page photobook from www.bobbooks.co.uk
This is competitively priced at £499. If you don't want the photobook, the package is just £369.
Our coverage and services can be extended on top of this to make up your perfect package.

Other events
We can cover other events from as little as £150 with a single photographer in attendance.
We are happy to cover weddings including civil partnership wedding ceremonies, parties, christenings, indeed any 'special' family gathering within the Worcestershire county. We would be pleased to discuss your requirements.
